Hey, I’m a thirty-something nearly vegan busybody. I write about choices of foods, clothes, technology and other consumables, but what I’m really interested in are the psychological and emotional aspects to veganism and reducing animal product consumption.
I am a medical researcher based in the UK with a healthcare professional background and a keen interest in psychology. That is to say that I have had lots of hands on experience in dealing with mental health (both chronic and in crisis), however I have no formal qualifications in psychology, counselling or nutrition.
